I'm passionate about people and their relationships. I believe that relationships with self, significant other, children, family, and friends are important and interconnected. I provide a safe, empathetic, and compassionate environment where clients from all cultures and communities feel understood and cared for.

I enjoy working with people in areas of self-esteem & confidence, relationship with self, anxiety, family of origin issues, maternal and paternal mental wellness, and communication & relationship issues.

I hold a BA in International Studies, a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
